We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Manager to oversee front desk operations and support daily office functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees while managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain front desk operations and office appearance
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room usage
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
  • Assist with onboarding activities and employee support as needed
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an office management, administrative assistant, or front desk role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
