The opportunity

We're looking for an Associate Contracts Specialist to join our team and support the review and administration of project-level client and vendor agreements across Envision Pharma Group.

You'll help ensure agreements align with established internal standards, approved budgets and existing master agreements, while keeping documents moving efficiently through the review process. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to build experience in contracts within a global organisation, working with stakeholders across different functions, seniority levels and regions.

We're looking for someone who is confident, curious and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work within established frameworks while using good judgment to identify when something needs clarification or escalation. You'll be comfortable communicating with people at different levels of an organisation and across different regions, and won't be afraid to ask questions when you need to.

This is a hybrid position from either our Dublin, OH or Raleigh, NC office location.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Role responsibilities
  • Manage the intake and triage of project-level contracting requests submitted by internal stakeholders, determining the appropriate review process and assigning work as required.
  • Review project-level client and vendor agreements, including statements of work, against established internal guidelines, standard terms and existing master agreements.
  • Identify inconsistencies or areas requiring further review and make appropriate updates in line with established standards.
  • Review proposed amendments and changes, escalating questions or issues where they fall outside established guidelines.
  • Manage document versions and controls throughout the review process, ensuring accurate and complete records.
  • Prepare approved or updated agreements for return to internal stakeholders and clients, providing clear instructions where required.
  • Maintain contract libraries and database records for draft and executed agreements.
  • Abstract key agreement details for contract management systems and reporting.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, English, Paralegal Studies or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of legal concepts, terminology or contract principles.
  • Previous experience in contract drafting, review or administration is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documentation.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities.
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and across different regions.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative, globally distributed team.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a culture of ownership, delivery and innovation.
