We are currently seeking a full-time General Service Technician for our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Hilliard, OH
.

As a Midas General Service Technician, you're the backbone of our business. You'll have a competitive base compensation plus additional earning potential through weekly bonus payments. NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We provide PAID TRAINING.

• General Service Technicians install new tires and wheels and perform tire services—from rotations and balancing to flat repairs—to keep our customers' vehicles operating safely.
• Weekly bonus payments are tied to every service you perform, in addition to your guaranteed hourly rate.

• Experience:
  
  Automotive experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Requirements:
  Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability:
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset:
  You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive Weekly Pay:
  Guaranteed base pay plus significant weekly bonus potential.
• Work-Life Balance: 5-day work week (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm; Saturday 8am-5pm) with Sundays and one other weekday off.
