Role Overview
The Senior Market Research Analyst is responsible for conducting strategic market research for potential new growth options for Nachurs Alpine Solutions (NAS), including investigating the market opportunity, value chain dynamics, and key players. This role also encompasses maintaining and building supporting dashboards and decision‑making tools or analysis to support business initiatives using Excel and/or light coding in Power BI.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain decision‑making tools and dashboards to support growth strategies and business initiatives (Excel and Power BI).
- Conduct market research to evaluate new growth options and present findings from analysis to internal clients/stakeholders.
- Develop internal training materials for new growth options and identify new potential customer leads.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Coordinate quarterly strategic initiative tracking and data analysis.
- Gather and analyze data to support growth and strategic planning efforts.
- Assist on various strategic initiatives and projects.
- 3+ years of experience in market research, product development, or similar role within the agriculture or chemical industries.
- Experience with strategic thinking and data analytics.
- Strong capability in synthesizing insights into polished, impactful presentations addressing strategic growth opportunities.
- Skilled in Power BI (or similar tools) for light coding and maintenance.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry, chemical engineering, or agronomy.
- Strategic thinker who can identify and evaluate new growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate insights.
- Clear and professional communication with stakeholders across the organization.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player who can influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Positive, proactive, and customer‑focused mindset.
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $91,200 - $127,750. Salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
