We are a community inclusion organization, not a home health agency. As a House Lead, you’ll oversee a home, lead a team, shape the environment, and help individuals grow.

• Lead and support a team of direct support staff
• Help maintain a structured, positive home environment
• Support individuals in building life skills and independence
• Participate in community activities and outings
• Ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and consistently
• Model strong communication, accountability, and leadership

• Education:
  
  2‑year degree preferred, not required
• Team players who take initiative and have a passion for inclusion
• Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem‑solving
• Leadership or team‑lead experience preferred

Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
