A wonderful, down-to-earth family relocating to Dublin, Ohio is looking for a kind, experienced, career nanny to care for their sweet 6-month-old identical twin girls. The girls were born prematurely at 30 weeks and spent 75 days in the NICU. They have made tremendous progress since coming home and are becoming stronger and better bottle feeders every day, although they are still using feeding tubes at this time.

The family does not require previous feeding-tube experience, but someone with this experience would be a wonderful bonus.

Mom will be returning to work on November 16th, and the family would ideally love for their nanny to begin around November 9th to allow everyone time to get comfortable together before Mom returns to work. Both parents work from home but are very respectful of the nanny’s space. The nanny will have full use of the downstairs level with the girls while the adults primarily work upstairs.

The family is temporarily staying with Grandma through January before moving to Bridge Park in 2027.

This is a hands-on position focused primarily on the girls and their daily routine. Responsibilities will include bottle feeding, following feeding/wake/nap schedules, diapering and hygiene, dressing, tummy time, reading, developmental and physical play, outdoor walks, and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities. The nanny will also maintain activity logs, help keep the girls’ rooms and play spaces organized, handle baby laundry and bedding, and assist with occasional child-related errands such as picking up prescriptions or groceries.

Transportation to playgroups or activities may also be part of the role as the girls get older.

The family would also appreciate a nanny who naturally takes pride in keeping the children’s environment organized and may occasionally straighten common areas, load or unload the dishwasher, take out garbage and recycling, bring packages inside, or help with other small household tasks related to the children. They are open to occasional date nights, additional hours when available, and potentially some family travel in the future, although additional hours are not guaranteed.

Mom understands how demanding caring for two young babies can be and wants someone who will truly dig in, take ownership, and recognize how important this work is.
