Mostly local work, construction projects within the greater Columbus area.
High repeat client rate in light to medium sized commercial work, across corporate interiors, healthcare and education construction.
Design construction build firm, has their own architecture and design team in-house
Strong pipeline for both 2024 and already for 2025.

Job Description

Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
Handle the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders
Assure all materials orders are executed
Daily project paperwork
Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
Maintain workflow and strong relations with subs
Maintain and organize field documents ( Drawings, specifications, etc )
Coordinate subcontractors
Partake and actively participate in company training sessions
Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Construction Management or related degree
1+ year of General Contracting experience
Experienced in commercial, mixed-use, healthcare or education projects is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication
Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
