Job Description

* Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish

* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics

* Maintain schedule, quality standards, and jobsite safety

* Resolve field issues quickly to protect budget and program

* Partner with the Project Manager and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

* 5-10 years' experience as a construction superintendent

* Retail TI or renovation project experience preferred

* Proven ability to run active, fast-paced jobsites

* Strong subcontractor and client communication skills

* Proactive, hands-on leadership approach
