• Lead onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors with a focus on safety, schedule, and quality
• Coordinate site logistics, inspections, and daily field reporting
• Partner with project managers on planning, sequencing, and issue resolution
• Serve as the primary onsite representative for owners and inspectors

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Proven background in sitework and utilities
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Comfortable using construction technology and field systems
• Professional, client facing communicator with sound judgment

Salary range: $95,000-$125,000 base, depending on experience
