• Own daily field operations, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination
• Build and maintain short-interval schedules and manpower plans
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards across the site
• Track labour, material, and equipment costs against the budget
• Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams

• 8-15 years' experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
• Proven delivery of projects valued $10M+
• Background in K12, industrial, or healthcare construction
• Strong leadership style with a hands‑on approach
• Degree in construction or equivalent field experience

$115,000-$150,000 base salary plus 15% bonus and full benefits.
