the Role

The Creative Director leads the firm’s internal creative agency and serves as the guardian of the firm’s brand identity, visual standards, and creative strategy. This role is responsible for shaping, protecting, and evolving the firm’s brand across all internal and external touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

The position oversees project management, creative strategy, concept development, production, and execution across marketing, business development, recruiting, internal communications, and events. Acting as a strategic partner to firm and marketing leadership and key stakeholders, the Creative Director translates organizational goals into compelling, on‑brand creative solutions while ensuring operational efficiency and creative excellence.

Your Key Contributions
  • Lead the firm’s internal creative agency, overseeing creative project management, concept, prioritization, and execution across the firm.
  • Serve as the senior creative leader and primary point of contact for firm-wide creative strategy, brand governance, and high‑impact creative initiatives.
  • Define, evolve, and enforce the firm’s brand identity, creative standards, and guardrails across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Translate firm and departmental objectives into compelling, on‑brand creative concepts, campaigns, and storytelling solutions.
  • Oversee creative workflow from concept through delivery, ensuring projects remain on scope, on time, and aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Provide creative leadership and oversight across multidisciplinary teams, including Creative Services Account/Project Managers, concept and design teams (designers, video editors, copywriters), post‑production teams, and photography and brand asset management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultative partner to internal stakeholders, providing creative insight, direction, and guidance during planning, briefings, reviews, and presentations.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Business Development, Recruiting, and firm leadership to ensure creative initiatives are strategically prioritized and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide creative consultation and direction for internal and external events, conferences, and brand activations.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, production vendors, freelancers, and the firm’s production company as needed.
  • Review and approve creative to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve creative workflows, processes, tools, and resource utilization to enhance efficiency and scalability.
