Client Services Specialist

The Client Services Specialist must be able to establish and maintain solid working relationships with advisors/clients with an enthusiastic commitment to serving and caring for other people.

The Client Service Specialist will work with internal service partners on meeting client needs associated with our growing client base. The Specialist will also have the opportunity to develop the skillset and approach needed for advancement to an advisor position or even a project manager role. The duties and responsibilities of this position are required to be performed in the physical location of the office.

• Work with clients to facilitate paperwork initiation, follow-up and completion
• Answer phones and service or route the caller efficiently
• Make phone calls to check-in with clients for status updates at the direction of the partners
• Assist with the coordination of client appreciation events and Advisor Roundtable Meetings
• Work with internal service partners on meeting client needs
• Attend meetings as directed

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once with consistent follow-through
