Call Center Representative

We're partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a dedicated Support Representative to help members confidently navigate their healthcare journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a customer-focused environment. As a Support Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members, assisting with benefits, claims, provider selection, and healthcare-related questions.

You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience by providing clear guidance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, coordinating care needs, and collaborating with internal teams to improve access to services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist members with healthcare benefits, claims, coverage, and provider-related inquiries Provide guidance and support through complex healthcare situations Identify opportunities to reduce healthcare costs and improve access to care Advocate for members and help coordinate services to meet their needs Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the member experience Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service Ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and empathy Customer service, healthcare, insurance, or call center experience is a plus Training &

Schedule:

7-week paid classroom-style training program Training hours:
