Dental Hygienist

UP TO $5,000 SIGNING BONUS!

We’re hiring a Part‑Time Hygiene Assistant/Steri Tech to support our patient care team. You’ll work on Monday, Thursday, and Friday (full‑time potential).

• Mon: 9:00 am–6:00 pm
• Tue/Wed/Thu: 8:00 am–5:00 pm
• Fri: 8:00 am–12:00 pm

Arrival time: typically 30 minutes before the first patient.

• Base compensation $45–55 /hr (based on experience)

• Perform preventive care, perio maintenance, and SRP as needed
• Take digital X‑rays, assessments, perio charting, and documentation
• Provide patient education that is clear, kind, and memorable
• Collaborate on care planning and ensure smooth handoffs with the doctors

• Monthly hygienist meetings
• Designated hygiene support so you can focus on patient care
• CE credits provided by our partners

• Current Ohio RDH license
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑first approach
• Comfort with digital systems (training will be provided)

Both doctors are Ohio State graduates. Dr. Michael Nemcik and Dr. Gregory Beers provide excellent patient care and value teamwork.
