UP TO $5,000 SIGNING BONUS!
We’re hiring a Part‑Time Hygiene Assistant/Steri Tech to support our patient care team. You’ll work on Monday, Thursday, and Friday (full‑time potential).
Schedule (Office/Patient Hours)- Mon: 9:00 am–6:00 pm
- Tue/Wed/Thu: 8:00 am–5:00 pm
- Fri: 8:00 am–12:00 pm
Arrival time: typically 30 minutes before the first patient.
The perks- Base compensation $45–55 /hr (based on experience)

- Perform preventive care, perio maintenance, and SRP as needed
- Take digital X‑rays, assessments, perio charting, and documentation
- Provide patient education that is clear, kind, and memorable
- Collaborate on care planning and ensure smooth handoffs with the doctors
- Monthly hygienist meetings
- Designated hygiene support so you can focus on patient care
- CE credits provided by our partners
- Current Ohio RDH license
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a patient‑first approach
- Comfort with digital systems (training will be provided)
Both doctors are Ohio State graduates. Dr. Michael Nemcik and Dr. Gregory Beers provide excellent patient care and value teamwork.
