We are seeking a Landscape Architect to join our civil site department in Dublin, OH. Will work for clients within the residential land development sector.
Responsibilities- Work on design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
- Conduct code research, write specifications, and coordinate permitting.
- Work on site/civil development including grading design.
- Prepare Landscape and Hardscape Plans from concept development through construction documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
- 0+ years of relevant experience in landscape architecture; relevant internship(s) preferred.
- Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills.
- Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch Up, Lumion, Illustrator, GIS/Arc View, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
