Landscape Architect
Oxford Solutions is working with an engineering consulting firm seeking a Landscape Architect to join their team. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity for candidates with a Landscape Architecture degree and 2 to 5 years of experience. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of site development projects, contributing to design from concept through construction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to develop landscape and site design solutions
- Prepare landscape and hardscape plans from conceptual design through construction documentation
- Assist with grading design and site/civil development plans
- Support the preparation of detailed construction documents and plan sets
- Conduct code research and assist with permitting and regulatory coordination
- Develop design presentations, renderings, and visual materials to support project delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and completeness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Landscape Architecture required
- 2 to 5+ years of experience; internships or academic project experience strongly considered
- RLA (Registered Landscape Architect) or interest in pursuing licensure preferred
- Strong design, illustration, and rendering skills
- Experience with design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Sketch Up, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and GIS tools is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
