The Children’s Center for Developmental Enrichment (CCDE) dba Oakstone Academy is in immediate need of an accounting/finance professional with Non‑Profit 501(C)(3) accounting experience.
CCDE offers a variety of services, including a private school, services for persons with disabilities, therapy services, childcare, latchkey services, and early intervention services. The array of services and funding sources creates diverse responsibilities for finance team members.
Job SummaryThe finance department at CCDE exists to support the overall mission and goals of CCDE. The ideal candidate will process and/or manage various aspects of the finance team's responsibilities, as well as other duties as assigned. In addition, the finance professional will work to build relationships with all areas of the organization, including administration, development, therapy team, and the teaching team.

- Familiar with non-profit accounting principles and tax laws
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Quick Books, Excel, and Google Drive/G‑Mail
- Experienced with accounts receivable and/or accounts payable processing
- Capable of independently managing multiple responsibilities and projects
- Have deep organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment and support team members
- Communicate with ease and professionalism (written and verbal)
- Excel in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude in all circumstances
- Appropriately handle confidential information
- Familiarity with insurance is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field is required
- Prior Not‑for‑Profit (501c3) experience is preferred
- CPA certification is preferred, but not required
- Providing excellent educational programming and opportunities for all students.
- Private school education with small classes and a low student-to-teacher ratio of 6:1.
- Support for students can be found in General Education Teachers, Intervention Specialists, and Speech and Occupational Therapists, available at each grade at Oakstone Academy.
- Dual Enrollment College classes provide opportunities to earn college credit at a discount.
