With several positions available, you'll collaborate with passionate educators and help create a positive, structured environment tailored to each student's unique needs.

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, especially in school settings
• Familiarity with supporting students on the autism spectrum
• A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to diverse learning styles
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to communicate effectively with staff and students
• Willingness to complete specific school trainings prior to the start date

• Assisting students in classroom and community settings by reinforcing learning and supporting behavior guidance
• Collaborating with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt activities to support student goals
• Supporting adult transition curriculum, which may include vocational tasks, life skills, and social engagement
• Encouraging self-advocacy, independence, and positive peer interactions
• Documenting daily progress and keeping lines of communication open with staff and families
