is looking for an energetic, organized, and inspiring leader to join their premier preschool in Dublin, OH
as an
Assistant Director
. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who has extensive experience within a licensed preschool.

• This is a Direct Hire position with the school
• Full-time;
  Monday - Friday; year-round employment

Salary

• $18.00 - $19.00/hour
  pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

Job Responsibilities – Assist the Center Director with the following:

• Provide strategic support to the Director, grow enrollment, attract and retain teachers, and build strong community relations.
• Ensure compliance with all state safety, fire, quality programming, educational and staffing regulations
• Ensure your center meets state licensing and safety standards while incorporating all core values
• Motivate, coach and train teachers to deliver creative programs, service excellence and core values.
• Deeply connect with students, colleagues and parents to vigorously uphold a culture of welcome, safety and respect.
• Invoke a robust learning atmosphere that leads students to deeply value being at school and feel part of a rigorous and joyful learning community.
• Assist in the classrooms as needed

Qualifications

• REQUIRED Minimum Education:Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification
• REQUIRED Teaching
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 2-years of Early Childhood Education (birth to 5-years-old) teaching experience
• PREFERRED Leadership
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 1-yearof Early Childhood Education (birth to 5-years-old) management experience
• Must
  be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler classrooms, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
• Must
  meet background check eligibility
