Responsibilities
Serve as a leader of a small team (2‑3 mechanical engineers) in the design of components to meet client requirements. Guide the team on project, company, and industry best practices. Lead the team through the product development process by applying superior technical and procedural knowledge. Work with clients to resolve novel or complex technical issues. Identify areas where the company can provide new or additional services to the client and communicate them to management.
Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. is required. Work with Catia, GD&T, concept generation, and quality reviews.
Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. Two (2) years of the five years must include experience with Catia, GD&T, concept generation, and quality reviews. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. is required.
