Provide coaching to engineers on data requirements and best design practices through one‑on‑one training/support and the delivery of training workshops; for systems including CATIA, ENOVIA, and 3DExperience.

• Provide coaching to engineers on data requirements and best design practices.
• Provide 1‑on‑1 training/support and delivery of training workshops for tasks relating to CATIA, ENOVIA & 3DExperience.
• Support project milestone workshops, where data requirements and associated deadlines are shared with all team members.
• Recommend best design practices to meet data requirements.
• Track and report coaching activities.
• Travel to client sites.
• Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. – 5% domestic travel.
• Telecommuting option – employee must live in OH.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering; 5 years of experience designing and managing data in PLM systems for various mechanical components; 5 years of experience using CATIA V5 and V6; 2 years of experience with ENOVIA, 3DExperience & PLM concepts; and 1 year of experience coaching/training experience along with design experience on plastics & sheet metal.
