- Lead the pursuit and delivery of ODOT, city, and county roadway and transportation projects.
- Develop scopes of work, fee proposals, project budgets, and schedules.
- Manage project financials, track progress, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Oversee and provide quality control for roadway, highway, and interchange design, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Perform and review design computations for urban and rural highways, interchanges, intersections, traffic management, and ADA‑compliant infrastructure.
- Manage the preparation of planning documents, community engagement, engineering reports, plans and specifications for major and minor projects.
- Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants, the general public, and firm staff.
- Communicate and interact with project team members, client representatives, review agencies and others as appropriate to project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Active Professional Engineering License.
- 10+ years of experience working on/leading ODOT projects.
- Experience with roundabout design and hands‑on experience using Civil3D, Open Road Designer, and roadway design software is a plus.
Salary Range:
The minimum salary for this position is $125,000. Actual salary is based on the circumstances of each position and candidate, such as geographic location, skills, and certifications.
