Project Manager - Civil

Verdantas is seeking a talented Civil Project Manager to join our team in the Dublin, OH office. Projects may include municipal clients such as stormwater, water/wastewater, streetscape, roadways, and other public infrastructure improvements.

• Effectively manage diverse projects, including occasional large, complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
• Develop proposals, interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and prospective clients, and mentor/guidance other professionals.
• Maintain and grow client relationships and become their trusted partner.
• Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors.
• Lead or assist in the development of strategy, scope of work, risk evaluation, and budgeting for projects.
• Supervise and assign work to internal project teams and subcontractors.
• Interact with regulatory agencies, ensuring appropriate information is provided on time and with internal or client review.
• Perform technical engineering work associated with land or site development, including site planning, layout, entrance design, stormwater management, conveyance, erosion, sediment control practices, and site grading.
• Prepare construction plans for agency/municipal review and submit various land development permit applications.

• BS degree in civil engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution.
• Four (4) or more years of experience in land development civil‑site engineering.
• Professional Engineer license (optional).
• Knowledge of environmental regulations.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with Hydro
  
  CAD or other stormwater modeling software and ArcGIS.

The starting salary for this position is $105,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
