Roadway Engineering PM

Overview

Transportation Engineering PM position in the Columbus, Ohio area. The role focuses on managing and, at times, designing local roadways and highways, with emphasis on projects involving local, county, and ODOT-related work. The work does not typically involve major interstates, but projects have a meaningful community impact.

• Manage roadway engineering projects from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met.
• Support and contribute to design efforts for local roadways and highways as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies (local, county, ODOT), and project teams to align goals and outcomes.
• Prepare technical analyses, reports, and documentation to support project decisions and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and best practices in transportation engineering.

• Education: Engineering degree; PE registration preferred.
• Experience: 5–10+ years of experience managing roadway engineering-related projects.
