Job Duties:
Responsible for the resolution and prevention of Electrical/Warranty quality issues. Work with engineers and managers to achieve quality improvement goals. Lead cross‑functional teams in root‑cause, containment, corrective action, and service action for quality issues. Ensure the team focuses on the top items and bridges communication between engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, and purchasing to engage the appropriate expertise in the resolution process.
Capture lessons learned and apply them to future products. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. Apply experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, and Minitab.
