As a Senior Technical Service Engineer, you will...
- Manage our customer technical interface in coordination with our Sales team to provide external support in the Bostik Pressure Sensitive Adhesive product line
- Develop an understanding of our hot melt technologies including bond performance, formulation, properties, and manufacturing
- Maintain current business and strengthen new customer partnerships by providing technical product line knowledge and understanding of applications and equipment
- Troubleshoot adhesive application problems and provide support to R&D teams for new product development

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or a related technical field
- 5-10 years of working experience in pressure sensitive adhesive processing - hot melt technologies would be required!
- Solid customer interaction skills, with ability to understand client needs and technical requirements
- Good mechanical aptitude for running pilot scale lab equipment with coating systems
