Game Technicians are responsible for the repair and maintenance of attractions and arcade games h direction from the technical manager, they perform preventative maintenance on machines and fix machines that are broken. During operational hours, they also handle calls about malfunctioning games, maintain stocking levels in instant‑win games, and keep the facility clean.

• Handles calls on the game floor, bowling, and simulators.
• Performs basic preventative maintenance on machines.
• Informs Technical Manager of potential machine problems.
• Tests every game weekly.
• Completes weekly projects and tasks.
• Completes weekly maintenance sheet as assigned by Technical Manager.
• Completes weekly cleaning checklist.
• Maintains a neat and orderly workshop.
• Ensures that all self‑contained games are stocked with prizes.
• Maintains a safe work environment and ensures staff follows all safety rules.
• Maintains game appearance and stocking throughout open hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• No prior experience or training required; some mechanical background preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office Professional.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to guests, clients, and employees.
• Basic arithmetic: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing two‑digit numbers, including fractions and units of measure such as weight, volume, and distance.

Arcade Game Technicians must have a technical disposition. This is an entry‑level technical position, so many skills can be taught, but attendants should possess natural attention to detail, willingness to learn, self‑drive, and technical mindedness.
