Divisional Director – Financial Advisor

Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced advisor to lead the Columbus regional area spanning four offices. This leadership role will involve client meetings and leading a team of financial retirement planners. You will be expected to become a top‑tier sales performer within the first 12 months, after which you will assume management and leadership of the team. The role is a player‑coach, comprising 75% client‑facing sales and 25% leadership management.

• Salary: $200,000 – $225,000, based on experience
• Additional uncapped production and bonus compensation
• Guaranteed $50,000 salary bump after the first 12 months
