Overview
This position will be responsible for processing or quality controlling client new accounts and transactions, initiating cash movements through custodian banks (i.e., client wires and ACH), and maintaining accurate bookkeeping of client information. Periodic responsibilities include generating timely account statements, reconciling and reporting daily cash and share activity by required deadlines, and various reporting to clients, compliance, and senior management. A strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and consistent adherence to deadlines are required.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Process or quality control applications, transactions, and account maintenance with a 99% accuracy rate.
- Initiate shareholder Fed Wires and ACH transactions through the custodian bank.
- Ensure accuracy of daily fund reporting and strict adherence to daily deadlines.
- Create and distribute daily and periodic statements to clients and reps.
- Daily cash reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Create and distribute various reports to TA Management, compliance, and senior management.
- Maintain organized, accurate bookkeeping, complying with industry compliance rules and regulations.
- Assist in database testing and disaster recovery testing.
- Process portfolio transactions received from investments.
- Train and serve as a back-up to other Meeder Transfer Agency and Advisory Operational tasks.
- Assist in diagnosing operational issues related to web users to facilitate a quick resolution for clients.
- Assist in various company projects and audits.

- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
