Internal Tax Manager

Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced tax professional to build and lead our internal tax support and preparation team across the country. This player-coach role will spend 75% of the time on tax support and preparation tasks and 25% on building out the new team and department. As the team grows, additional leadership and management responsibilities will increase.

Golden Reserve is a full-service RIA and insurance firm. In a short period of time we have grown to 40+ offices covering nine states and are just getting started.

As part of our comprehensive retirement services, clients receive tax planning direction regarding their qualified tax accounts and the preparation of their annual tax returns. In this role you will manage the tax preparation of annual returns, assist with ongoing real-time tax support, participate in events, and coordinate the development and expansion of this department.

• Salary: $125,000 – $150,000, based on experience

• Five (5)+ years of tax preparation, accounting and tax planning experience
• Communication excellence – to manage and inspire a team and clients, you must be a world-class communicator internally and externally
