We have a confidential search for a senior finance leadership role within our global, high-growth organisation in the life sciences sector.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-impact, highly visible position with responsibility for a well-established, high-performing finance function. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring financial excellence while helping to shape the evolution of finance as a true strategic partner to the business.
This is not a turnaround role. Instead, it's an opportunity to lead, influence, and elevate, bringing strong leadership, communication, and commercial insight to an already successful function, while positioning yourself for future CFO progression.
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group? Role responsibilities- Own financial reporting excellence, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across the business
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and engagement
- Partner with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making
- Champion strong governance and controls, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity
- Drive continuous improvement, enhancing processes, systems, and ways of working
- Oversee audit and compliance activities, ensuring a proactive and seamless approach
- Provide commercial insight, translating financial data into meaningful business recommendations
- Manage risk and liquidity, ensuring financial resilience and stability
- Collaborate cross-functionally, acting as a trusted partner across the organisation
- CPA qualification with a strong foundation in a leading accounting firm (e.g. Big
4) - Experience with in Corporate Controller, Financial Controller, or similar leadership roles
- A track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, controls, and compliance (GAAP)
- The ability to communicate and influence at executive level
- A commercial mindset, connecting finance to business outcomes
- Experience operating within mid-sized, complex, or matrixed organisations
- A desire to progress toward a future CFO role
A competitive base salary and total compensation package will be offered, aligned to the seniority and impact of the role.
