Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, co-agents, and service providers

• Manage daily trading activities including rate updates, rate sheets, and inquiries

• Execute purchase orders, track trades, and maintain accurate system records

• Generate and distribute rate quotes to support client needs

• Monitor daily maturities and proactively support reinvestment opportunities

• Communicate market trends and provide ongoing support to partners

• Ensure a high level of customer service through consistent communication and responsiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution, brokerage, or trading environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

• Professional demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
