We're hiring a Investment Specialist to support trading, CD placements, and key banking relationships. This role partners closely with leadership to drive revenue, grow partnerships, and execute daily trading activity.
Compensation:
$60K-$65K base + uncapped incentives (realistic 1st-year earnings can double)
? 11% 401(k) match

What You'll Do:
- Execute trades, rate updates, and CD placements
- Build relationships with banks, credit unions & partners
- Source new business through outreach and market insight
- Monitor market rates, maturities & reinvestment opportunities
- Deliver high-level service to clients and internal teams
- 3+ years in financial services, trading, brokerage, or sales
- Strong communication, organization & follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's in Finance/Business (or equivalent experience)
- High-impact role tied directly to revenue growth
- Collaborative, relationship-driven team
