Salary Range: $18.50 To $21.50 Hourly

Location: 6165 Emerald Parkway, Dublin OH 43016

Schedule:Approximately 40 hours per week. Flexibility required between 8am-5pm Monday – Friday, and occasional Saturdays 9am-1pm. Time off provided during the week when working a Saturday.

POSITION SUMMARY: Prepare and process loan documents in accordance with loan officers’ directions and approved loan agreements. Take member loan applications and cross-sell other services. Review new loan documents, verify the accuracy of the loan document process and complete loan files. Examine documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with existing underwriting and regulatory guidelines as part of quality control procedures. Scan all loan files.

Develop and strengthen a positive and professional relationship with auto dealerships. This position is a back up to other functions in the Lending Department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist as a primary source for funding applications for loan officers
• Provide back-up support for processing payments and our payoff checks when needed

  QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of lending and customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of title work and lien fillings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with competencies in Excel, general computer programs, and general office equipment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of underwriting guidelines including requirements, procedures, and criteria
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in organizing projects, prioritizing work and completing multiple tasks accurately
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Possess a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to receive and maintain confidential information
  • The ability to obtain Certified Financial Counselor status

  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
