, you will transform complex data into actionable intelligence, leveraging advanced analytics and Oracle EPM to deliver forward-looking insights that shape strategic decision-making. You will lead and enhance planning and forecasting processes, helping the organization move toward more dynamic, driver-based forecasting and improved financial visibility.

In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the business to translate financial data into meaningful stories that inform priorities, optimize performance, and influence key decisions. You will be instrumental in guiding financial outcomes by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and by elevating the quality and clarity of decision support across the organization. Key Responsibilities of the Role
  • Assesses and review the company's financial performance (e.g., premium, loss, and expense objectives), translating the results and communicating impact to business partners
  • Identifies key issues or value levers using proactive and insightful financial analysis, and timely and focused reporting around complex income, loss, and expense measures;
    Identify trends, highlight variances, and recommend adjustments in operations as they relate to financial targets
  • Synthesize complex forecasts, trends, and best practices to formulate strategic recommendations
  • Prepare a variety of complex and in-depth analyses and business cases dealing with revenue, loss, and expenses (including tracking productivity)
  • Collaborate between business unit areas and functional areas within finance as well as key stakeholders throughout the organization in collaboration with finance partners
  • Analyze actual operational results in relationship to Budget, review impact of variances from Budget, assess need to update forecasts or develop corrective plans and formulate strategic recommendations
  • Conduct financial orientation/training for business operations to help build understanding of financials and help business units link their actions to results
  • Provide financial analysis support to internal partners as needed
  • Participate in project work, occasionally leading complex projects and project teams
  • Support and mentor others within the Finance group
  • Establishes operational processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement, including design, enhancement, and governance of Oracle EPM processes
  • Complete regular peer reviews to ensure quality of work products
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Business, Economics, Analytics or related field
  • Or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Business, Economics, Analytics or related field and 4 years of experience in financial analysis, business consulting, insurance product management
  • Or 6 years of experience in financial analysis, business consulting, insurance product management
Preferred Qualifications
  • CFA, CVA, ARM, ARe, or AIAF Designation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possesses verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills
  • Possesses multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Ability to understand Central Insurance’s policies and processes
  • Knowledge of SAP/GAAP and financial statements
