key responsibilities

• greet clients warmly, assist with check-in and providing refreshments, and ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the spa.
• perform specialized scalp hair, and skin treatments, including scalp massages, deep cleansing, and exfoliation.
• provide personalized consultations to clients about their scalp and hair health, offering tailored treatments and product recommendations that provide solutions for the clients concern.
• offer high-quality treatment & provide iconic customer service at all times
• follow our client modesty policy at all times.
• maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and treatment room, & ensuring a quiet, welcoming and professional environment.
• laundering & folding linens, blankets, and towels as needed.
• stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to continually enhance client experiences.
• educate clients on post-treatment care, including product usage and lifestyle tips to maintain healthy hair and scalp.
• build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• provide proper checkout procedures for clients to pay for appointments and retail items and assist with scheduling future appointments.

requirments

• licensed cosmetologist with a focus on hair care, treatments, and spa services
• experience in a spa or salon environment, with expertise in scalp care being highly desirable.
• strong knowledge of hair and scalp health, with the ability to identify and treat common conditions.
• excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
• passionate about beauty, wellness, and helping clients achieve their desired results.
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, patient, and attentive demeanor.
• team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• able to adapt to each client and provide professional and iconic customer service.

• must renew cosmetology licenses and remain in good standing at all times
