Aboutthe Role
Our Administrative Care Coordinator Team is the heartbeat of our clinic. As the first point of contact for patients, this team sets the tone for a 5-star experience and ensures our providers can deliver outstanding care every single day. We are seeking a polished, motivated, service-minded individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.
This position requires prior healthcare administrative or medical reception experience.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate a warm, professional, and seamless front-office experience
- Support our Doctors and Service Providers by managing patient flow, scheduling, and care coordination
- Handle insurance verification, coding support, appeals, and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary wellness clinic
- Contribute to policy development, organizational systems, and an outstanding team culture
- Ensure all patients receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining poise and professionalism
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people
