The NOW Dublin is growing. We are looking for talented Licensed Massage Therapists who want a busy book, strong guest demand, flexible scheduling, and a team that respects massage therapy as a long-term career.

Whether you are looking for a few consistent shifts, part‑time or a full‑time schedule, we want to build a schedule that works for you.

Earn $45–$65 per service hour. Compensation is based on schedule availability and commitment, with higher earning opportunities available for greater flexibility.

• Perform massage therapy services including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and stretching
• Consult with clients before each session to assess needs and health considerations
• Deliver bodywork and relaxation massage sessions in 50‑ and 80‑minute formats
• Perform paid enhancement services and add‑on treatments
• Maintain a clean, sanitary treatment room per Ohio health and safety standards
• Build a loyal client base through consistent quality of care
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless massage experience
• Expand your massage modalities through paid training and continuing education

• Active Massage Therapy License in the State of Ohio
• Proficiency in Swedish massage and deep tissue massage
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to safely perform massage services within the agreed‑upon schedule and service limits
• Sports massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, or spa/massage boutique experience a plus
