Health Connect America is seeking a licensed Family Centered Treatment Therapist to serve children, adolescents, and families across Ohio. The role involves delivering FCT services primarily in-home and in the community, with on-call coverage to support families.
Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, plus two years’ experience with youth or families. FCT Certification is preferred;
Ohio licensure (LSW/LISW/LPC/LMFT/LPCC) is required.
