Dietitian — Fulfilled Nutrition Counseling (Private Practice, Eating Disorders)

• Compensation:
  Minimum Base Salary of $39,000 (covers 15 client hours/week), plus per-session incentive pay for client hours above that threshold - total potential earnings $65,000 and above depending on experience and caseload.

We're looking for a dietitian who is driven, organized, and comfortable managing their own caseload and schedule independently as private practice requires autonomy, though support and supervision are built in. The right fit is a dietitian who is curious, collaborative, and eager to grow clinically; someone with expertise to share with colleagues and who is just as excited to learn from other RDs.

• Completes comprehensive patient nutrition assessments during counseling sessions using a weight-inclusive and trauma-informed treatment modality.
• Creates appropriate treatment plans for each client, including but not limited to short-term goals, long term goals, appropriate client resources, and meal plans as indicated.
• Communicates and collaborates with each client's care team (including primary care providers, therapists, psychiatrists, and parents) as needed.
• Charts all relevant and necessary information within 24-48 hours of each appointment.
• Schedules follow-up appointments with existing clients.
• Responds to client inquiries in a timely manner (24-48 hours).
• Explains and enforces office policies, including cancellation and no-show policies, with each client.
• Maintains an average of at least 27.5 client hours per week.
• Performs job ethically and with integrity.
• Supports company with administrative tasks as indicated when client load is not met, outside of PTO hours.
• Shows compassion and professionalism toward clients and client caregivers.
• Attends meeting with supervisor regularly.
• Develops or utilizes handouts as indicated.
• Participates in peer consultation and actively contributes to team learning — sharing clinical resources and best practices with fellow RDs

• Licensed in Ohio (LD)
• Ohio resident (or willingness to relocate)
• Working knowledge of Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating frameworks
• Access to a private location to hold client-facing sessions
• Computer with audio and visual
• Internet access
• 1+ years experience in eating disorder care and/or nutrition counseling
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• Collaborate with owner to develop your own schedule
