Entry Level Sales Recruiter/Account Manager

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals using various recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, ensuring alignment with their goals, skills, and interests.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for their new roles.
• Perform relationship‑building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews and checking in throughout their employment.
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry‑specific skill sets.
• Build trusted relationships with professionals to be seen as a partner in their career advancement.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
• Collaboration skills in a team‑oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance‑based environment.

• 6 months sales experience (preferred).
• Recruiting experience (preferred but not required).

This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $60,000.00/yr.

• You Will Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including:
  Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing qualified professionals through various recruiting tools, screening potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, communicating work opportunities and preparing consultants for starting their new roles, performing critical relationship‑building activities, maintaining a network of consultants that align with top industry‑specific skill sets, and building trusted relationships with your network of professionals to ultimately be seen as a partner in helping them advance their career.
