ERPA is seeking a resourceful, responsive, and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Generalist who will organize, coordinate, and support human resource projects and daily processes.

This role works out of our Dublin, Ohio office and requires the use of the company’s HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software. Strong computer and organizational skills are necessary, along with a deep knowledge of HR laws and operational protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Completes daily support requests from co‑workers.
  • Assists with recruitment and onboarding of new associates for the supported practice.
  • Creates job requisitions, job profiles, position set‑up, and posts open roles on internal and external job sites.
  • Completes onboarding protocols and initiates background checks, drug testing, i‑9, and E‑Verify processes.
  • Hosts new joiner orientation meetings and reviews company history, culture, benefits, and more.
  • Tracks, monitors, and updates systems, and files immigration documents.
  • Maintains electronic employment files according to operational protocols.
  • Assists employees with payroll‑related questions as needed.
  • Helps drive engagement initiatives and annual engagement surveys.
  • Conducts stay and exit interviews.
  • Performs work under general supervision and handles extremely sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Maintains the department calendar for annual, semi‑annual, monthly, and weekly HR services.
  • Approves data‑change requests for co‑workers.
  • Coordinates with the benefit partner concerning benefits inquiries.
  • Completes monthly audits as outlined.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of human resources experience.
  • HR Certification – PHR or SHRM‑CP (required).
  • Workday HRIS experience (required).
  • Immigration experience (preferred).
