GEE Group Columbus is looking for an entry-level Full-Desk Recruiter to join our firm. If you bring the drive and determination, our seniors will give you all the support and knowledge necessary to become a top-earning professional in the field. We set you up with an in-house, on the job training program where you can “earn and learn”. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver consistent results for our clients.

• Build relationships with both candidates and employers to learn about career objectives and company hiring needs
• Create and develop creative recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through numerous recruiting tools which include, but are not limited to phone-calls, emailing, social media, and company visits
• Give constant communication to candidates and offer career advice and guidance
• Be a consultant with your clients! Help them more efficiently navigate the recruiting and hiring process
• Market your candidates and track down openings and staffing needs within companies
