Recruiter - Field

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, ATS management, offer negotiation, and initiation of background checks.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines and build talent communities using recruiting platforms and social media.
• Build influential relationships with field leadership, including Director of Area Operations, District Managers, and Field HR partners. Attend weekly meetings to prioritize staffing needs and align execution.
• Research and evaluate new, cost‑effective sourcing strategies and tactics. Support assigned market with hiring events/job fairs as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 0–2 years of related recruiting experience.
• Ability to develop strong strategic partnerships with leadership teams.
• Relationship building internally and externally with strong networking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Results‑oriented with strong organizing and planning skills.
• Knowledge of current Federal and State employment legislation.
• Strong business acumen.

Primarily performed at the Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center (RSC) 1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017, or at other designated locations. At least four days a week must be worked in the office.
