Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to support a team during a technology refresh project. This in-person role operates in a walk-up style IT Clinic, assisting end users with hardware and software issues, performing PC deployments, and accurately updating asset records in Service Now. The technician will troubleshoot technical problems, install and configure equipment, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Ideal candidates have experience in troubleshooting, deployments, imaging, ticketing systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and Service Now, along with strong communication skills and effective time management. A two-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
This is a Contract position based out of Dublin, OH. This position is onsite in Dublin, OH.
Responsibilities- Support a technology refresh project by assisting end users with hardware and software issues.
- Perform PC deployments and imaging.
- Update asset records in Service Now accurately.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and install/configure equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting, deployments, imaging, ticketing systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and Service Now.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits may include Medical, dental & vision; 401(k) Retirement Plan;
