Senior ERP Delivery Manager (Oracle Cloud / People Soft / EBS)
- Location:
USA (Dublin, Ohio) - Experience:
12+ years - Need GC or Citizens (No Sponsorship)
- People Soft or EBS or Oracle Cloud Project Management Experience is a must.
Our client is looking for an experienced ERP Delivery Manager to lead and grow large-scale Oracle enterprise application programs. This is a client-facing leadership role where you will own delivery, manage senior stakeholders, and contribute to pre-sales and solutioning. If you enjoy balancing delivery excellence, client relationships, and strategic growth, this role offers long-term impact and visibility.
What Youll Be Working On- Lead implementations, upgrades, and managed services for:
- Oracle Cloud Applications
- People Soft
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Manage ERP programs across Financials, Supply Chain, and HCM
- Own end-to-end delivery: planning, execution, budget, margins, and resourcing
- Act as the primary escalation point for risks, issues, and client concerns
- Partner closely with clients as a trusted advisor
- Support pre-sales activities:
- RFP/RFI responses
- Solution design
- Estimates & Statements of Work (SoW)
- Deliver executive presentations, webinars, and client workshops
- Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams using Agile and Waterfall models
- 12+ years of ERP delivery experience
- Strong background in Oracle Cloud / People Soft / EBS
- Proven success managing complex ERP implementations and upgrades
- Experience across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules
- Strong understanding of project governance, margins, utilization, and profitability
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience supporting sales and solutioning activities
- Ability to work in onsite + remote global delivery models
- Work with Fortune 500 & public sector clients
- High-visibility role with direct client and executive interaction
