We are launching Empower Now, our next-generation approach that expand our solutions for Identity, Authorization, and Governance of AI Agents and non-human identities.
As enterprises rapidly adopt autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents, they face a new problem: how to control what AI agents can access, what actions they can take, how they are audited, what they cost to run and how their performance can be optimized.
Empower Now is a category-defining platform that extends zero trust and identity governance principles—traditionally applied to humans—to AI agents at enterprise scale.
The RoleWe are hiring a Head of Product Marketing & Go-To-Market to lead the launch and market positioning of Empower Now.
This is a hands-on, high-impact foundational marketing role. You will define the narrative, shape the go-to-market strategy, and translate a highly technical platform into clear, credible value for enterprise buyers.
This role reports to the executive management team who will help evaluate and guide the product narrative, positioning, and category. This is not a maintenance role—you will be building the foundation.
What You Will DoProduct & Category Marketing- Own product marketing for Empower Now end-to-end
- Define positioning, messaging, and category narrative for AI agent governance
- Translate complex technical capabilities into enterprise-ready value propositions
- Develop ICP definitions, buyer personas, and use-case narratives
- Create competitive positioning and battle cards
- Plan and execute the Empower Now product launch
- Define launch sequencing, messaging, and success metrics
- Align roadmap and market readiness
- Work with Sales to ensure launch readiness and field alignment
- Own market readiness and launch success; pipeline execution is led by Sales and downstream marketing
- Build core sales assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, FAQs
- Enable sales teams to confidently sell to CISOs, IAM leaders, architects, and platform teams
- Support early customer pilots and POCs with messaging and packaging
- Educate the market on AI agent and non-human identity governance
- Lead analyst briefings and narrative development to position Empower Now for future category recognition
- Support thought leadership, industry messaging, and early customer reference development
- 5 or more years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing
- Strong background in product marketing, not just demand generation
- Experience launching new enterprise products or platforms
- Comfortable working with highly technical products (security, IAM, infrastructure, AI platforms)
- Able to engage credibly with engineers, architects, and security leaders
- Builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and shaping things from zero
- Clear, concise communicator who can simplify complex ideas without dumbing them down
- Comfortable pushing back, asking hard questions, and driving clarity
- Experience with category creation
- Experience working with analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, Kuppinger Cole)
