Delivery Manager - Enterprise Data Solutions

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of complex data and technology programs across our client portfolio. This role serves as the primary point of contact for project delivery, responsible for managing scope, teams, budgets, and client satisfaction. As a Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee enterprise data initiatives involving MDM, PIM, data governance, AI integration, and cloud data platforms
. You will work closely with consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery that aligns with strategic business goals. Ideal candidates for this role will be located in central Ohio but we are open to remote as well.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clarity on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage client expectations proactively, facilitating transparent communication regarding project status, milestones, and potential blockers.
• Lead project governance processes, including facilitation of steering committee meetings, executive status updates, and strategic business reviews.
• Partner with engagement leaders to identify opportunities for client relationship expansion, contributing to scoping exercises, proposal development, and statements of work (SOWs).
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the complexities of data transformation by aligning delivery execution with their strategic business outcomes.

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex data transformation engagements, ensuring the successful deployment of solutions across MDM, PIM, data quality, and cloud data warehousing

• Oversee the execution of AI-driven solutions and cloud platform integrations, ensuring technical teams remain aligned with architectural blueprints and resource requirements.
• Ensure the appropriate application of delivery methodologies—whether Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid—tailored to the specific needs of the project and client environment.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams of architects, consultants, and developers to deliver cohesive solutions using platforms such as Informatica, Stibo, Syndigo, or Reltio

• Manage project financials, scope, and schedules to ensure delivery remains on-budget and on-time while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Partner with solution architects and practice leads to drive quality and consistency across engagements, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.
• Proactively identify, track, and resolve delivery risks and issues, managing escalations effectively to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Conduct project retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.
• Support the internal development of delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and playbooks to enhance the efficiency and repeatability of data solution implementations, while mentoring project team members to foster a collaborative space.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in data consulting, enterprise project delivery, or IT program management

• Domain Expertise: Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stream programs involving MDM/PIM, data quality, cloud data platforms, and analytics
  .
• Technical Familiarity: Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP),
  data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet).
• Methodology: Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall) with the ability to tailor approaches to client needs.
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical teams and business executives.

• Experience delivering solutions specifically with Informatica, Stibo, Syndigo, or Reltio
  . PMP certification a plus
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in enterprise environments.
• Consulting experience with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
