About Us: At National Church Residences, we are committed to providing quality, affordable housing while ensuring full compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other regulatory programs. We are seeking a Yardi Application Manager to lead our Yardi ERP team, maximize functionality across the business, and ensure our communities operate efficiently and serve our residents/potential residents.

PURPOSE As the Yardi Application Manager, you will serve as the technical owner of our Yardi Voyager and Rent Café platforms, overseeing system configuration, integrations, compliance, and performance. This role will lead a small team of Yardi analysts and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure the platform supports business needs and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring deep Yardi expertise, strong SQL and integration skills, and a passion for process improvement and change management.

• Lead the configuration, optimization, and support of Yardi Voyager and Rent Café platforms
• Ensure system compliance with Affordable Housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, HOME, etc.)
• Manage integrations between Yardi and other systems using SQL, APIs, and Microsoft Fabric
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Yardi Business Analysts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements & new Yardi Modules
• Responsible for creating / maintaining National Church Residences’ Yardi Product Roadmap & release planning
• Drive process improvement initiatives and lead change management efforts
• Support reporting and analytics by ensuring data integrity and enabling BI tools
• Own the system security design including permissions, menus, and security for Yardi Application, based on best practices and working directly with internal security team
• Lead system testing and user acceptance testing for enhancements and releases
• Coordinate level 2 support function (escalations from Level
  1), including ticket resolution and metrics reporting
• Serve as Level 2 escalation with Yardi Systems and third-party vendors for issue resolution and roadmap planning
• Provide strategic direction, resource allocation, performance feedback, and career development support
• Provides leadership as a role model to promote a team approach, collaborates and participates in policy creation and appropriate problem-solving methods.
• Demonstrates and maintains a positive, professional manner, efficiently and effectively manages time.
• Must adhere to all policies, procedures, terms and conditions set forth in the National Church Residences’ Employee Information Guide (EIG), the Code of Conduct, as well as any facility handbook, including but not limited to, corporate compliance, drug free workplace, safe work practices, all federal, state, local regulations and laws.
• With respect to Resident Rights, ensure all care is provided with respect and dignity for the residents/clients, their families and the staff. Reports all complaints made by residents/clients and/or families to the appropriate supervisors, reports all allegations of abuse, misappropriation of funds/resident property and/or any other corporate compliance, drug free workplace, safe work practices, all federal, state and local regulations and laws.
• Completes all annual education requirements timely, including but not limited to Compliance, Privacy, Security and HIPAA training and exhibits behavior as set forth by the Code of Conduct in the performance of their duties.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or aligned business experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Yardi Voyager and Rent Café
